In todays society many leaders in our ministeral positions are finding it ever so difficult to encourage members that are suffering due to lack of spiritual, emotional, and finiancial help. I added spiritual because for some it is the last resort no matter how long they've been covered. how do you keep your flock encouraged? Come on you all. Let's hear some Church Mess!
